Registry objectives

• Design of CRFs

  • Meet with Industry pre-meeting to discuss data elements that would be useful for their research

• Data management plan/workflow (entry, access, maintenance)

• Protocol for transfer of genetic data from Blueprint (discussion with Ariana/Blueprint)

• Protocol for interface with provider and patient entered data

• Anticipated annual budget to facilitate the above goals

• End goal: Have a “finished” product to be submitted to Vanderbilt Quantitative Sciences for REDCap development

• Future goals

  • Test REDCap registry and iterative data entry plan

  • Development of manual of operations
